[Feature Request] Add the ability to choose inline between matching packages

Example:

Instead of requiring the end user to re-run winget install with the ID of the package they intend to install, ask them to press 1, 2, 3, etc... to choose the option they want.

This is tracked by issue #1620. You can give it a 👍 so that we know more people want it, as that is something we use for prioritization.
