Add "i" as an alias for "install".

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It'd save a couple seconds each time a package would be installed.

There is already a sort-of precedent with rm being an alias for uninstall.

Proposed technical implementation details

Make i an alias for install, so that for instance winget i MeinbergGlobal.NTP will work the same as winget installl MeinbergGlobal.NTP.
