Please describe the changes you would like to see

jj-vcs.jj project provides Windows Arm64 builds on every release.

It would be nice if they were added to the manifests.

Tagging @damn-good-b0t as it created all PRs for new Jujutsu versions.

@leejy12 Thx for mentioning. The automation has now been adapted to include arm64 builds in future PRs.
