Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current version of markdown-checker used in this repository is causing false positives in the "Check Broken URLs" job. The maintainers of markdown-checker have released v0.2.2 which fixes this issue.

Describe the solution you'd like
The current markdown-checker is using version v0.2.1. Downloading markdown_checker-0.2.1-py3-none-any.whl.metadata (6.3 kB)
Updating it to version v0.2.2 is expected to resolve the issue.

This is my first time creating a Feature request report, so it might not be perfect. Thank you for your understanding.
