NuGet package restoring failed for Out-Of-Process service

Hello,

I've downloaded the SemanticLogging-svc.2.0.1406.1.zip and extracted its contents to a directory of my choosing but when I try to run the powershell script to install the dependencies, I'm always getting the same error:

Anyone experiencing this? Any tips on how to resolve without having to try and manually download every single dependency manually?

For some reason, the nuget.exe version (2.8.5) installed by SemanticLogging.Service can't retrieve any package. Replacing it with a more recent nuget.exe fixes the issues.
