fluent migration UI/UX enhancements

• highlight tree items when clicked, so it is intuitive for users which query they are running
• default highlight the GET my profile query when users first load GE
• expand the "Admin consent required" column and narrow the "Description column" like it is in the current design
• enable use of shift key to select multiselect the queries in a row (they would need to click each of them individually,
• adjust the margin of the sidebar slightly as it currently squashes the playground
