Share query and documentation buttons disappear when a query is long

Describe the bug
When the query is long, the share button and documentation button disappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Graph Explorer
2. Paste a long query such as 'https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/todo/lists/B8nqRYAQBw2Ml5e5NiSoov8mb-HJqkAAAAAAESAAAAAMkAGMyODU3YjkzLTUyOTUtNGE0YS1iOTQ5LWRkYzdiNWM4ZmY2NQAuAAAAAADnSjwsGrctR5kQg_=/tasks?$select=id,importance'

Expected behavior
When the query is long, the share button and documentation button shouldn't disappear.
