Graph Explorer editing windows not adjustable; expanded window smaller than default window

Describe the bug
It used to be possible to adjust the various editing windows in Graph Explorer. For example, minimizing the Request body box so I can get a better view of the Response body box.

In addition, when I pop out the response body, the window is so small it beats the purpose of the pop out feature.

Expected behavior
The various boxes in the UI should be adjustable - minimizable or expandable; And the expanded response body UI should be full screen.
