The issue of Graph API fees

Hi, Graph team,
Please clarify that this document states that each application has a free quota of 600 minutes per month. Is this 600 minutes the time to call the API? Or is it referring to obtaining the duration of the meeting.Thanks.

I'm just a normal user, I recently started a billing resource for graphapi in Azure due to this limitation. I am confident that it means 600 minutes within duration of the meetings. So for example, if you restore the transcript of 10 meetings each of 1 hour, then you reach the free limit.

I could be wrong though, but 600 minutes of API usage time would be a very bizarre metric for this.
