Get Calendars returns error for all outlook.com accounts (Works for 365)

Describe the bug
Get calendars doesn't work any more, it was working 4 days ago and now it returns an error
GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/calendars
returns Internal Server Error - 500 - 619 ms

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on 'Run query trying to fetch calendars'
3. Scroll down to 'Output'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Query should return list of calendars within the account used

Additional context
Same issue happens when using outlook.com connector in power automate, the action/trigger can't fetch list of calendars for the connected account
