Describe the bug
POST/PATCH calendar event fails using Graph API on a MS Family calendar.

Received 100+ user mails about this. Also shown in analytics >500 cases per day.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Graph Explorer
2. List Calendars
3. Find the MS Family calendar
4. Post new event on MS Family calendar

Expected behavior
Expected the event to be added. Instead it waits 15sec and then get's a 503 ErrorInternalServerTransientError.
