Modify Permissions broken using the Brave browser

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is: The Brave browser is the issue....

When clicking on the "Modify Permissions" tab, after several minutes of "Fetching permissions..." the process fails and Graph Explorer goes away the page now just show the header and footer of the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer
2. Click on Modify Permissions, after several minutes the Graph Explorer goes away and you are just left with the header and footer of the page.
