No verification method

Describe the bug
My email is banned (i don't know what is the specific reason), but when i try to log back it asks for verification method. Once i enter information it mentions that it failed try another method, but there is no other method.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'outlook'
2. Click on 'sign in (banned account)'
3. Enter information
4. See error

Expected behavior
Fail to verify and fail to give you another method.

I don't know if it is the caused by the internet of mine or the account (mohammadtohmeh@outlook.com) but yes.
