microsoft.graph.core new 3.2.1 is available on nuget.org

Can we have microsoft.graph.core dependency upgraded to 3.2.1 now that it has been made available and can be used with latest dotnet 9.x assemblies?

Thanks for raising this. @cosminlwpw

We will resolve this with the merge of #2745. As we use a range specifier, the build will automatically pick up the new version on release.
