An internal server error occurred. The operation failed

We're using the SDK in an application and everything always worked fine until today.

Since this morning, we get a lot of occurrences of the error: "An internal server error occurred. The operation failed" while trying to create events in calendar.

However, we didn't change anything in the way we call msgraph. Is there some kind of instability going on?

Ok, it was due to the global outage of Monday 25th.
