driveItem delta changes do not detect deletions which have occured due to a purview retention label triggering #2847
Description
Describe the bug
We are using driveItem delta to detect deletions, we are also using purview retention labels to delete documents after 1 day
The delta token never picks up the deletion
Expected behavior
The deletion should be triggered in the delta
How to reproduce
Use a driveItem delta request on a users one drive
Apply a label with a short retention policy
Wait for the policy to trigger
Re-run the delta request
The driveItem never appears in the delta
