Currently, MSGraphAPI only supports assigning permissions listed custom-available-permissions to custom roles. This limits the ability to create least privileged roles for engineers to perform day to day operations task.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like to be able to individually assign the full permission set to create custom roles.
