Describe the bug

cannot use mgauditlogsignin to fetch sign in logs of a specifc users in Mooncake/21vAzure

Details

Error：

also， run with no parameter will hit error either.

Debug:

1. the app has enough permisison: application and delegation permission: audit logs read.all

2. the report module is lates.

Expected behavior

could work as document mentioned.

How to reproduce

1. login to 21v AAD.
2. using above cmd , then repro. //althou the app already has the proper permision to read audit logs.
