RFC: show monitored movies / series / episodes

Currently Midarr shows the media that's in your library. I think it would be useful for all users to also know what's in the "queue" or "what's coming soon". This is represented in Radarr / Sonarr as monitored.

This could be on the Home page as a "Coming soon" section (along with Movies / Series fresh in). Could also show as a separate filter on the Movies / Series show page.

This could also be the start of some simple notification system - where if I'm interested in an upcoming movie, I could subscribe to notifications of that movie when it's available on the server.
