<p>Previously, we would emit a <code>.assetsignore</code> file in the
client output directory only if the client output included a
<code>wrangler.json</code> file.
We now always emit it, which prevents a <code>wrangler.json</code> file
being deployed as an asset if it is copied into this directory by
mistake.</p>

Fix dev server crash on WebSocket client disconnect</p>
<p>When a WebSocket client disconnects while an upgrade request is being
processed, the server would crash with an unhandled
<code>ECONNRESET</code> error. The fix adds an error handler to the
socket at the start of the upgrade process.</p>

- Add a new <code>subrequests</code> limit to the <code>limits</code>
field of the Wrangler configuration file</p>
<p>Before only the <code>cpu_ms</code> limit was supported in the
<code>limits</code> field of the Wrangler configuration file, now a
<code>subrequests</code> limit can be specified as well which enables
the user to limit the number of fetch requests that a Worker's
invocation can make.</p>
