docs: add ZK Loan smart contract tutorial (Part 1)

Add the first part of the ZK Loan DApp tutorial covering the smart
contract, Schnorr signature module, witness implementation, and
compilation steps. Update the advanced placeholder to link to the
new tutorial location.
