Replace or formalize manual versioning with a monorepo-friendly release workflow.
This repo contains multiple published packages that should version independently but release consistently.
Scope
- Introduce Changesets or equivalent
- Support independent package version bumps
- Generate changelogs automatically
- Prepare for CI-driven npm publishing
Acceptance Criteria
- Version bumps are PR-based and reviewable
- Changelog generated per release
- No manual npm version needed
