Create listing of known form types (using normalized form titles and/or form numbers)

This could be a table with (a) normalized form title/number, (b) description of what it was/is used for (over time) and any other descriptive info, (c) link to matching search result page.

Could likely not be exhaustive, but could include ~50 most common/important forms. Would need to make clear decisions re: disambiguation (e.g., does a later version of the form count as a variant but still fundamentally the same form? maybe using form number instead of title does this?)
