Non-Cluster-Admin Cross cluster backup and restores with OADP.

OADP currently supports cross cluster backup and restores when executed by the cluster admin.

Does your organization require non-cluster-admins to perform a cross cluster backup and restore. An example is moving an application from one cluster to another via the backup and restore process.
