fix: improve docs workflow with Pages setup guidance (#43) (#44)

- Add clear error message when GitHub Pages is not enabled
- Include examples/README.md in trigger paths (used via mdBook include)

The deploy failure was caused by GitHub Pages not being enabled in
repository settings. The fix is to enable it at:
  Settings → Pages → Source: GitHub Actions

Fixes #43
