I am getting ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flask_socketio'

So I am trying to use this package and I was getting an error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flask_socketio' whenever I tried to run my app.py. I tried recreating my virtualenv and it still did not work. I am on Windows and I am using VSCode.

This is what my app.py looks like:

Make sure VSCode is configured to use the correct virtualenv. This error suggests that VSCode is using a different one that does not have Flask-SocketIO on it.
