Ability to reorder keys in yaml json xml files

Examples
bulker configuration edit -f config.yaml --key $.my.key --after $.my.otherKey
bulker configuration edit -f config.yaml --key $.my.key --before $.my.otherKey

--after and --before can't be used together
both --key value and --after or --before value should be in the same depth level
