Steps to reproduce

1. Set your device's timezone to a positive one (e.g., GMT+2).
2. Attach a tracker to an entry (AniList or Kitsu, haven't tested others).
3. Set the end date to some arbitrary date.
4. [Issue 1] Try selecting the same end for the start date.
5. Remove the end date and set the start date to some arbitrary value.
6. [Issue 2] Try setting the end date to the day before the start date.

Expected behavior

1. The user should be able the start date to be the same as the end date.
2. The user should not be able to set the end date to the day before the start date.

Actual behavior

1. The user cannot set the start date to the same day as the end date.
2. The user can "finish" the series the day before they started it.

A similar issue happened with negative timezones in the past, and it was reported in #2613. It was supposedly fixed in #2617. While it did fix the issue for negative timezones, it seems to have broken positives timezones.
