FEATURE REQUEST: file title + set language mode

It would be nice to be able to set a temporary file title:

• Either type it at the first line or store the file in a temporary folder (custom temp folder, or isndie .vscode, etc)
• Nice to have variable substitution e.g. timestamp

In my case, vscode usually autodetects the file as YAML:

• Maybe it is possible to alter it to a specific one without storing the file
• Or just store the file with a specific file extension configured by the user
