Is it normal behavior to have the paste_window opened at activation?

Just installed the plugin, followed the instructions and it's working like a charm, no issue on that except whenever I invoke the scrollback script my cursor starts in insert mode inside the paste_window which I have to close everytime to go back to the scrollback buffer, which is annoying.

Is there any way to make the paste_window NOT open at startup? I checked the docs but couldn't find any relevant info.

I think you may have an autocommand setup to enter insert mode when a terminal is open. I'd check that, I can circle back later with more details.

You're correct indeed. I've an autocmd set for placing me directly in insert mode inside terminal I just didn't thought the paste_buffer was infact a terminal buffer.

With that out of the scope is there anyway to prevent opening the paste_window by default?
