How easy is it to add the ability to open groups on a specific monitor and/or workspace?

How easy is it to add the ability to open groups on a specific monitor and/or workspace? A redditor in /macapps recently asked for an app that can luanch multiple apps and urls BUT on specific monitors. I thought it was a great use for leaderkey, but unless I have missed it you can't specify a monitor.

I don't know if LeaderKey can easily achieve what you're describing but you can do something similar using Hammerspoon. Sometimes tools have to be combined in order to obtain a specific workflow. I see that a lot of people combine Raycast, LeaderKey and Hammerspoon for example.
