refactor: integrate codex-client into src-tauri as v1 module

- Merge `codex-client` crate into `src-tauri/src/codex/v1`. - Update project structure and remove standalone `codex-client` package. - Refactor `codex_commands` to align with the new internal structure. - Clean up obsolete commands, hooks, and utility files. - Update Tauri main library and frontend services to reflect path changes.
