Streaming Node metrics

Hi team,

Here are some questions related to Streaming node performance:

1. Could you recommend some Prometheus metrics from Streaming Nodes which users should pay attention to?
2. Also would you recommend to set the replicas of Streaming node to > 1?
3. There's a flag to switch on Streaming node profiling in Helm chart. Is there any related doc on how to analyze the profiling outputs?

2. Depends on the number of collections? If you have more than one collection, you can set up more than one streaming nodes.

Normally, one streaming node can handle multiple collections. You can keep using one steaming node if its CPU/MEM usage is not high.
