Remove curl dependency and disable OAuth Bearer SASL mechanism (swift-server#155)

# Motivation
The curl dependency is just necessary for the OAuth Bearer SASL
mechanism. Let's remove that configuration option for now.

# Modification
Removes the curl dependency.
