Supporting corfu-popupinfo in terminal with childframe

Follow up on the discussion here #248
Emacs 31 supports childframe in terminal now. Can we support Corfu popup for terminal childframe now?

Yes, that's the plan. It should be possible to make it work. But there is still a while until the release of Emacs 31. Patches welcome.
