Separate list of downloads

Well, I'm a kinda person who downloads a lot. It would be very useful to implement list of downloads similar to what we have in Chrome. Or could you recommend minimalistic-looking download manager dor windows/linux?

A download page much like min://settings where users can see the history of their downloads would indeed be quite useful.
