Unable to select certificate, automatically enters with the first one #2672

Expected Behavior
A popup allowing me to select which certificate I would like to use to identify myself:
Actual Behavior
Automatically Selects the first certificate and enters with it. It works with the first certificate but I would need to enter identified by another certificate in the list.
To Reproduce
Sign out and Sign in again to a page which requires you to select a certificate and you get identified with the first certificate.
