What problem does this feature solve?
Currently, the @mindfiredigital/react-canvas-editor lacks built-in export functionality, which limits users' ability to repurpose or share their content in standard document formats. While the editor provides excellent editing capabilities, users need a way to export their work to widely-used formats like HTML and DOCX.
Use Case:
- Users often need to share their documents with others who don't have access to our editor
- Content may need to be integrated into existing document workflows or systems
- Documents might require further editing in traditional word processors
- Some users need to archive their content in standard formats for long-term storage
