Windows 11 build

I would love to see a windows build of mcbe launcher. i know the entire point of this project is to make mcbe work on linux and mac os which natively works on windows. however since i already own mcpe on android it would be nice to not pay again for the windows bedrock version again.

A building from source guide for windows would also be appreciated.
