Make this NPC do stuff

She used to be a vendor before the 9 disciplines were in the game. She sold perks that we don't use anymore and she's only in four areas for now.

I purpose the lady NPC give the Buckskin Horse after you complete The Dragon's Dream dungeon in Wolfs End.

Then in the other areas she gives you the other plain horses:

• Black Rose Mire she'll give you one of these horses after beating The Great Green Svath dungeon.

• Felbridge she gives you the Black Stallion after beating Dereliction Of Duty dungeon.

• Stormshard she gives you the White Mare after beating Death To Meylour dungeon.

i think this guy suits more for the mounts since its at home and easier to acess
