How to fix order of clusters?

I have a diagram with a general structure like this:

with Diagram("Main"):
  with Cluster("BigCluster"):
    with Cluster("ClusterA"):
      ...
    with Cluster("ClusterB"):
      ...

It all works well except sometimes when I run this I get ClusterB shown on top of ClusterA. Is there a way to tell diagrams to maintain the order?

FYI: I did use the search for keywords like "cluster order", "ordering", etc. and nothing came up, but after browsing the forums manually I came across #440
It seems the search function is pretty useless.

Anyway, I am seeing the same issue mentioned in that thread two years ago. I am running on macOS with:
diagrams 0.23.3
python-graphviz 0.20.1
is the only workaround using the blank edges?
