Implement gulp-cdnizer for improve frontend performance at production

When doing a production deploy, change the local links of dependencies to cdns:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/gulp-cdnizer

A good practice in the future would be create javascript groups and provide own cdns for further improve the loading and reduce the amount of scripts to be loaded.
