RTL layout support for RTL-based languages

Some languages are read right-to-left (such as Arabic). Although Mintlify supports localization, the theme layout doesn't match the proper design for localization. The text is left aligned when it should be right aligned, along with lists (numbered, unordered) being at the end of the sentence rather than the beginning. The logo and sidebar are also located on the left side of the page when they should be on the right side. This makes reading the docs in a language that reads right-to-left in a left-to-right format unintuitive and not as great of a user experience.
