Nested navigation types

I'm trying to implement a nested navigation structure with both anchors and dropdowns but encountering difficulties with the current navigation configuration format.

I expect to see anchor navigations with a dropdown section B

Is is possible to achieve this? if not, is there an alternative to display Title 1 and Title 2 as a dropdown or a select menu, that is, when selected, it shows different content based on the selected section
