Problem
Users of the Mintlify documentation portal (docs.cargo.one) lack an easy way to stay informed about updates to critical resources, such as mapping files, changelogs, and guides. This gap reduces user engagement and can lead to missed updates that are crucial for their workflows.

Solution
Introduce a subscription feature that allows users to opt-in for notifications about updates to specific documentation categories. Notifications will be sent via automated email using Mailjet or similar providers when changes occur or as scheduled alerts for upcoming changes.

As a user, I want to subscribe to updates for specific documentation categories (e.g., mapping files, changelogs, guides), so that I can stay informed about changes that impact my workflows without needing to manually check the portal.

I've seen something similar with the Theneo docs where you can subscribe to OpenAPI spec changes from within their docs. They also provide filters in the changelog to quickly detect breaking changes or new features.
