Preview command

I was thinking that it would be nice if instead of having the plugin listen to the save event, there was also an option to just use the command. A nice example of this behavior is the markdown preview plugin

What do you say?
(Of course i'm willing to contribute a pull request that implements the aforementioned behavior)

Hey @zorbash , that actually sounds very good. Compiling sometimes takes fair a bit of time and text editor goes frozen. This definitely could be an good remedy. Any initiative would be appreciated.
