Workflow widget explained (and how to manage federations went wrong)

Hello there, I can't understand what Delayed means for each inbox/delivery queue. I suppose delayed means an activity Misskey gave up because of timeout or other connectivity problems with remote instances.

While I managed to downsize Delayed Deliver Queue by suspending federation with problematic remote instances, I can't lower Delayed Inbox queue. The problematic instance appears inside administration but cant' be reached in Federation page.

Should I do the same thing (suspend federation) if I found the kpop instance? Is it a bug?

Last question, Workflow widget, is translatable?
