Submit appimage to the catalog

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While I have no problem with the repo-based releases, it would help the project to use a well-known distribution channel for its appimage.

Newbies would certainly appreciate being able to use the AppImagePool client to grab this app.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Gear Lever is also good, but not as intuitive as the above one.
