镜像网站应该是失效了。但可以通过源码自行编译安装，我已经安装成功，感谢您的回复

While it did not work for me with cuda 11.3, I managed to successfully install version 2.0.0 with cuda 11.8.
If this might help here are the install commands I used:

conda create -n torchsparse python=3.9 -y
conda activate torchsparse

nvidia-smi

sudo apt install nvidia-driver-535 -y #adjust 535 depending on your cuda verision

pip install torch==2.0.1 torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118

sudo apt install build-essential -y # (for GCC)
pip install tqdm numpy typing-extensions rootpath wheel

#Manually download torchsparse version 2.0.0 from the github https://github.com/mit-han-lab/torchsparse/releases/tag/v2.0.0
cd torchsparse-2.0.0/
pip install -r requirements.txt # if the file exists
pip install .
