[Feature Request] Add Chinese (中文) UI / i18n support

Hi there 👋,

First of all, thank you so much for this amazing project! I've been using OpenClaw on Termux and it works really well. Great job! 🎉

I'd like to suggest a feature — Chinese (Simplified) UI support. Currently, all the UI text (menus, buttons, prompts, etc.) is in English. Since there's a growing number of Chinese-speaking users who are interested in this project, it would be wonderful if the UI could support Chinese (or even a multi-language / i18n system).

Here are some ideas on how this could be implemented:

• A simple language toggle in the settings
• Or a locale-based config file (e.g., lang/zh-CN.json)

I totally understand if this is not a priority right now — just wanted to put it on your radar. I'd also be happy to help with Chinese translations if you decide to go for it!

I'm not very familiar with Dart/Flutter, but I can try to work on it with the help of AI tools. However, it might take me some time since I have a day job and can only work on this in my spare time.
If you happen to have the bandwidth to implement it on your end, that would be awesome — you definitely know the codebase much better than I do! But if not, I'm happy to give it a shot and submit a PR when it's ready.
Either way, really appreciate the great project! 🙌

I've stepped in and implemented the i18n support! The latest PR now includes Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese.
我已经添加了 i18n 支持，目前增加了简体中文、繁体中文和日语！

I originally planned to do the translation work from scratch on my own, but your existing work already covered many key parts, which saved me a lot of duplicated effort and significantly reduced the integration/build cost. I really appreciate it.

I have successfully fetched and integrated the translation branch, and completed the Chinese integration build on my fork:
